Grand Express link
This was the only train that served as the blood vein running from North to South for years until the Tamil Nadu Express was introduced. From coal driven this is now electric powered. It has AC class for the rich and unreserved coaches for the poor.
Lowest fares in the world: but make profi: Indian Railways
Indian Railways is the world's largest employer and one of the biggest and busiest rail networks in the world, carrying some 17 million people and more than one million tonnes of freight daily. It was, however, until very recently, a loss-making organisation, which was heading for bankruptcy. Starting his term in 2004 with a budget of just $200 million with which to save the national institution, India's Minister of Railways Lalu Prasad engineered a dramatic turnaround. Last year, Indian Railways' revenue came to $6
Indian Railways is one of INSEAD's biggest executive education clients, and the Minister visited the school's Asia campus as part of his tour of Singapore and Malaysia. During his visit to INSEAD, he told a gathering of MBA participants, alumni and executives about his strategy for bringing the rail network into the 21st century.

Stress - individual and family
coding problem!
We are planning a new software project. I have some basic questions on the architecture.
I function as a product manager for this product and I would like some advice on basic questions so we do not over engineer our products, keep it simple and ensure a timely release.
My questions might seem to be anti Java as in the past I have extensive C programming experience. But now in Java the app server is very common and my tech leads are pushing for JBOSS.

The Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland did not compete because of the Soviet invasion of Hungary while Egypt and Lebanon declined to attend because of the French and British intervention in the Suez Canal dispute.

UK's Brown won't attend Olympics opening
He became the second major world leader after German Chancellor Angela Merkel to decide to stay away from the opening ceremonies, although Brown's office insisted Wednesday that he was not boycotting the Olympics and would attend the closing ceremony.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy said last month that he was debating not attending the opening ceremony.
Asked whether President Bush would go to the opening portion of the Olympics, White House press secretary Dana Perino demurred, citing the fluid nature of a foreign trip.
